I am a business development and creative strategy executive with 15+ years building ecosystems, securing capital, and connecting institutions to opportunity. My career has spanned economic development, life sciences innovation, aerospace and defense, and federal contracting — always at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and ideas that matter.

What drives me — in every context — is the belief that the best outcomes happen when strategic discipline meets genuine human creativity. I am just as comfortable in a boardroom negotiating a $100M partnership as I am at a desk developing an original children's book character or conceiving a Super Bowl commercial concept.

I founded MAD Ventures as a consulting and business development vehicle for professional engagements, and 1 of 1, LLC as a home for original creative intellectual property. Both reflect the same core instinct: find something real, protect it, and bring it to the world with intention.

I am based in Carmel, Indiana — deeply embedded in the Indianapolis institutional landscape and connected to national networks across economic development, life sciences, defense, and innovation. I hold an MBA and a DAWIA Level III contracting certification.

When I am not working I am a Dallas Cowboys fan, a Husband, Father, and — apparently — a children's book author.
